We are very proud here at The General Store to offer the work of several LOCAL ARTISTS, MAKERS, and CREATORS.

Some who live right here in Tallulah Falls!

Hannah Mae Bundrick, the woman behind Fox & Feather Apothecary, lives on a 16 acre homestead with her husband, two young daughters, and their goats in Scaly Mountain, North Carolina. She tends to and preserves the many native plants that grow on their property. She has been studying medicinal and edible plants since she was a young teen growing up in Rabun County. She is an avid farmer, herbalist, and traditional & wild foods crafter???

With Fox & Feather Apothecary, Hannah combines her passion and knowledge of medicinal plants and offers a wide range of ever changing products including herbal medicinal tea blends, herbal culinary salts & powders, bath salts & soaks, herbal incense blends, as well as beautiful, handcrafted beeswax candles infused with herbs and flowers!

Fathead, aka Anthony Morgan, was a realistic painter for many years. One day his girlfriend encouraged him to paint some of his fun, creative doodling. With this new folk art style that he was embracing, Fathead was born! Why “fathead”? As a child, his father loving called him that for obvious reasons so he chose that name to sell his new style under and a legacy was begun! We are proud to have been carrying Fathead’s wonderful, whimsical and witty art work for many years and to highlight him at The General Store.
