We have been at our new location at 100 Main Street for 4 months now, beginning with being full time August 1st! We are happy to report that we LOVE being in the heart of our community there on Main Street, right up from the post office and town hall. It has been wonderful to watch how this new location at the Old Town General Store, a building that was built in the early 1900’s to serve as a general store for the Tallulah Falls community, has grown into one that seems to serve our community as well, and also the travelling folks who loved our store at Tallulah Point and the curious travelers who turn down Main Street to see what is there! It gives me great satisfaction to have some of the neighborhood kids come in, on their own, and get ice cream and snacks, grab a gallon of milk for their mom, spend their hard earned money on treasures that they find in our store! Such great memories are being made for these young people and I’m delighted to be a part of that. Much pleasure is gained by taking a few moments to relax on the front porch in the sun with my neighbors, with my grandbaby who stops in to visit me, with our loyal customers from the Point. I’m loving it!!! Thank you to everyone who has embraced our new location and has supported us with your purchases, your visits, and especially your words of support and encouragement!
